Access Card

Access Cards are only given to Unit Owners, in order to restrict access so that only unit owners can access the floor where their unit is located, as well as the facility and parking floors.

Lightning rod.

Gunawangsa Merr will be equipped with non-radioactive lightning rods that will protect the building and its occupants from lightning strikes.

Back up Genset.

Gunawangsa Merr is equipped with a backup generator that will provide backup power for public areas in the event of a power outage by PLN.

Drainage Pump

A drainage pump is installed in the semi-basement to pump rainwater out of the site. This is to protect the semi-basement. The elevation of the semi-basement is made parallel to the main road to anticipate flooding and make the building look more magnificent.

Fire Protection.

Gunawangsa Merr is equipped with fire protection facilities and infrastructure, such as Emergency Stairs, Heat Detectors, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Hydrant Boxes and other facilities to protect the building and its occupants from fire and its consequences, in accordance with PMK standards.

24 Hours Security

To ensure the safety and comfort of residents, Gunawangsa Merr will implement 24-hour security carried out by professional security personnel.

CCTV

CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) will be installed in public areas and strategic locations to monitor conditions with the aim of maintaining security and comfort at Gunawangsa Merr
